Service Description

Our 1.5-hour classes are designed to spark curiosity and ignite a passion for animals and the planet. Each session explores a different topic—whether it’s a fascinating species, a unique part of the world, or an important conservation challenge. Kids get hands-on with fun crafts and interactive activities that make learning memorable, leaving each class inspired, engaged, and ready to explore the wild world around them.

Cancellation Policy

Drop-Off Only: Parents are not permitted to stay during the class. Children will be dropped off and picked up at the scheduled time. Class Fee: The cost is $50 per child, per 2-hour class. $25 deposit on-line, $25 cash at event. Animal Viewing: We cannot guarantee which animals will be seen during class. Some animals may be resting or unavailable, and decisions about animal participation are made by Mrs. Smith and our zookeepers for the safety and well-being of both students and animals. Behavior Expectations: Students are expected to follow all rules and act respectfully. Any child acting obnoxiously or unsafely around animals may be asked to leave without a refund. Positive behavior is essential when interacting with animals. Please bring any behavior questions or concerns to the attention of Mrs. Smith prior to booking so that we can ensure this type of class is a good fit. Animals are by nature, reactive, and we want to make sure we keep everyone safe. Allergies & Disabilities: Please inform Mrs. Smith of any allergies, medical concerns, or disabilities prior to class. While we strive to be inclusive and accommodating, we do not have aides or support staff for students with higher support needs. We are committed to improving inclusivity and will do our best to accommodate all participants safely.
