Service Description
Come meet our capybaras for a 30-minute, fully immersive encounter at Niagara Downunder! This hands-on experience is fun, engaging, and truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to connect up close with these calm, curious, and lovable animals. Encounters are available for adults and children ages 10 and up, with a maximum of 6 guests per session to keep the experience personal and unforgettable. Children ages 10–17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Please note: all capybara encounters are non-refundable. Once your booking is paid and confirmed, you will receive detailed instructions for your special event, along with the address and contact information.

Capybara Encounter Booking Policy Experience Length: This is a one-time, 30-minute capybara encounter. Pricing: The total cost is $250 per encounter. Group Size: You are booking 1 encounter. This encounter can have up to 6 people. Children ages 10–17 must be accompanied by a paid adult and count toward the total number of guests. Deposit & Payments: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due as outlined during checkout. Refunds & Changes: All deposits are non-refundable. Dates and times cannot be changed once the event is booked and confirmed. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
